1 – Application
When you are nominated at your university as an Erasmus student, please complete the Application Form (AF), and the Learning Agreement (LA). These forms can be found on our web site and all you need to do is send them to the Career Office of the International School of Logistics and Transport by regular post and by fax. Please fill in all documents on computer. We also need your Transcript of Records in English (document that enlists the subjects you attended at your home university before you left for the LLP/Erasmus programme). There are the following deadlines for the applications to be delivered:
- On 30. 5., for the Winter term,
- On 30.11., for the Summer term.
The Office will confirm the AF and LA and send it back to you with a Letter of Acceptance. Also all the documents required for applying for a student visa will be sent to you.
2 – Applying for a student visa
According to the new law all international students coming from EU countries do not need visa. Other international students can get information about visa application procedure at the Polish embassies or consulates in their home countries or they can consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. In case you need to carry a visa you are advised to consult the Polish Embassy/Consulate in your home country about the procedure. You must be aware that it is not possible to apply for a visa in Poland.
3 – Getting to Wrocław
When you fly to Poland, you should arrive at Mikolaj Kopernik Airport in Wrocław. From airports in other Polish cities you would need to take a train to Wroclaw. At the airport in Wroclaw you will find information about transportation from airport to the center of the city. Local bus is the cheapest way to get there. You can take a bus no 406 until the last bus stop (Dworcowa str.)and then take a bus A also until the last bus stop (Koszarowa str.)
4 – When you arrive at MWSLiT
The first thing is to contact the Career Office at MWSLiT. The Office will provide you with all necessary information and documentation. Contact your Buddy from the Buddy Program. They will make your experience at MWSLiT more joyful. |
