HOW TO APPLY

If you are determined to study at International University of Logistics and Transport here is a guide to the application process.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Choose a program.
2. Prepare all the necessary documents

• Application for admission
• Application Form BSc, Application Form MSc, Application Form Engi, Application Form MNG
• Confirmation of registration fee payment : 100 € / 140 $
• Secondary school Diploma/Certificate
• Bachelor Diploma when applying for Master Program- IN ENGLISH
• English language certificate. We accept the following certificates: FCE, CAE, CPE, BEC, CEIBT, IELTS – over 6 points, CELS – level B2 or C1, TOEFL, ESOL, IESOL, SET, EBC, EOS, TOEIC
• Copy of passport
• 5 passport size photographs
• CV in English

3. Legalize your Diploma.

To be admitted to our University you need to obtain an attestation that the certificate of secondary education (bachelor diploma and all other diplomas/certificates) entitles you to apply for admission to all types of higher education institutions in your country and in foreign countries.

If your country accepts the Apostille also called Apostille Certificate or Certificate as a form of international document legalization your degree must be certified by Designated Competent Authorities which you can find on the website:

If your country does not accept the Apostille your documents require prior authentication in the local Ministry of Education and on the basis of this you will get the legalization in the Polish Consulate in your country.

4. Fill in all the required documents and pay the registration fee (100 € / 140 $).
5. Send all the documents IN ENGLISH by e-mail, fax or by regular post.
6. You receive the Preliminary Letter of Acceptance.
7. Pay the fees for the whole academic year.
8. You receive the LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE which you need to apply for visa.
9. Apply for Visa at the Polish Embassies or Consulates in your country.

10. Come to Poland!

AFTER ARRIVAL

1. Choose a place to stay.

2. Buy a medical insurance.

3. Start Polish Language course.
