- for Logistics Bachelor's studies: secondary school Diploma/Certificate - translated into Polish or English by a sworn translator and apostilled;
- for Logistics Master's studies: secondary school Diploma/Certificate and a Bachelor Diploma - translated into Polish or English by a sworn translator and apostilled;

• A document that certifies your English level is B2 or higher;
• A proof of a non-refundable registration fee payment: 100 € / 120 $ / 400 PLN;
• Medical certificate for foreign students for study abroad - translated into Polish or English by a sworn translator;
• A copy of your passport;
• An electronic photograph 236 x 295 pix, resolution 300 dpi, JPG;
• Signed tuition fee contract;
